Crab Salad Tostadas
This Lenten season I decided to change our lunch menu from the usual meatless dishes. Today I made crab salad tostadas. It’s a delicious no cook meal that is ready in just minutes.

What you'll need
- 8 ounces of crab meat, cubed
1 cup canned corn, drained
¼ cup onion, chopped
½ cucumber, peeled and finely chopped
3 tablespoons cilantro, chopped
½ cup mayonnaise
salt and pepper to taste
8 corn tostadas
How to make it
- In a large bowl place all the ingredients. Stir with spatula or wooden spoon until combined. Spoon mixture on top of tostada, drizzle with lime juice and enjoy!
